I have 3 identical Dell R640s that have the DellEMC VMWare ESXi 7.0.0, 16324942 image that was initially installed.
vCenter is version 7.0.1 Build 17491160.
I also have Dell OMIVV and am attempting to update the ESXi hosts to 7.0 U1d using the Vendor Addon (DellEMC addon for PowerEdge Servers running ESXi 7.0 U1 A01). I am using the OMIVV default firmware only profile.
All 3 hosts are booting off Dual SD cards
When I Check Image Compliance, 2 of the 3 hosts have an unknown status and report (Unknown error occurred when invoking host API). The 1 host that does report has the error The following VIBs on the host are missing from the image and will be removed from the host during remediation: vmware-fdm(7.0.1-17491101). However I'm first trying to get all 3 hosts communicating. When I searched the forum I only found an unanswered post. Any ideas?
