Is it possible to create our own update packages that could be added to a baseline and used just like any other patch?
For example, would it be possible to create a package that would check for a particular file - say, a particular version of an anti-virus signature database? Or perhaps that a particular file exists? Or check a registry setting and run a file if it isn't present?
