Can I Upgrade from ESX 4.0.0 (175625) to 4.0 Rollup 4 with update mgr?

Hi all,

Can i use Update Manager to update a host that's running ESX 4.0.0 (175625) directly to ESX 4.0 Rollup 4 ?  Or do I need to take some prerequisite steps, like rolling up to 1, then 2, then 3, etc..

Typically, as long as VUM is aware of the updates and has them in the repository, it will do what is necessary to get the object (in this case host) to the highest revision necessary. Start the remediation process against the host to see what is going to be applied (you can cancel before the final commit).
