3.5u4 with 2.5u4 VCenter: Update Mgr plugin works on localhost (Vcenter) but DNS not resolving from VIC (desktop). Can ping by FQDN from desktop. I can connect via VIC to the Vcenter server from the affected desktop using the FQDN but running the VIC and then trying to add the UM plugin advertises that it cannot resolve the host.
Been looking around the forums on and off VMware and many point to a DNS resolution issue behind a firewall. There isn't a firewall between these segments.
