using external apps

Is there a way to use an external app with a virtualized app? Im trying to virtualize an application whcih uses single sign on. I can virtualize the app OK but cant virtualize Cybersafe Trustbroker in Win7 (single sign on) I can package them both and it works on XP but on Win7 the single sign on does not work so im trying to see if it would work with it installed manually on the machine.

William to my knowledge there is no way to do this.

When you have packaged them are you packaging them on a Windows XP machine and then running it on Windows7?
