"Start process failed" after creating ThinApp

I'm attempting to ThinApp an app (as one is wont to do) and I am recieving the "the error is : " with "Start process failed" as the window title. Not a lot to go on. I have an OK button and that is it. This is when I attempt to run the TA'd app by the way. Also, the program will run on the VM that it was created on. But it will not run on another (or the first after it's been destroyed and re-provisioned).

I'm very new to this whole thing and was hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction to get this going.

OS: XP sp3

Program: Morningstar Direct

I checked the system requirements for Morningstar Direct here:

http://corporate.morningstar.com/us/asp/detail.aspx?xmlfile=74.xml

I see that it requires Microsoft .NET 3.5 SP1. Is this installed on all the systems where you try to run the package? Or was .NET 3.5 SP1 installed along with the app, and therefore included in the ThinApp package? What is the total size of the packaged app (entry points and any .dat file)?

I assume you are copying all the files of the package together when you put it on another machine?
