"Runtime error 216" when closing ThinApp'd Windows Grep

I have a ThinApp of a useful app called Windows Grep. If I open and close it, it's fine. If I actually grep some files, when I close the app I get the following error dialog:

"Runtime error 216 at 00003104"

When I click OK and close the error box, it appears again and again. I have to actually kill the process to get it to stop.

The ThinApp was created on a Win7 VM, and I'm running it on a Win7 box.

Any advice?

Seems that your machine is affected with Trojan virus...

Please try recapturing Windows Grep on a clean machine. I just tried Windows Grep ThinApp and it works.
