how to save Application License

Hi,

I have a question regarding license of application. e.g there is a application cost about 500$ for each workstation and  there are 50 users. this application also requires a high end workstation costs about 3000$ to have a good performance of application.

I want to know is there any way to reduce the application and workstation cost by using any vmware product?
