Word 2007/2010 Addins

Hi,

I'd like to virtualize microsoft word 2010 with and addin. This addin adds a new word format file and works as a file converter. The issue is that such kind of addins requires a COM plus component (AFAIK). I've read that thinapp does not support COM plus components. Is this true? Is there any work around? Is COM plus components support in the thinapp roadmap?

Yes ThinApp cannot virtualize COM Plus objects as they are Windows OS Level controlled components.

If the COM Plus objects can be installed to the native OS, it is likely the rest of the application can still be virtualized with ThinApp.
