Thindirect with virtualised Firefox not work first time

Hello

on a XP sp3 with IE physical and a virtualised Firefox (8.0.1), if Firefox is not started the first time we clieck on a thindirected link, it lauch the virtualised FF, but FF open the defaut web page.

if we do it again (FF is launched), the new tab open correctly the thindirected link.

Any idea?

What is your redirection URL i.e the URL that you have enforced for thin direction while capturing FireFox?

the url is *smart.internal.local (i changed to smart.internal.local, because i can't put the true url)

the idea is to redirect all *smart.internal.local.

curiously, if vFF is already started the opening of the redirected urls work fine (passing via a new tab)

maybe it's a specific setting in FF(locking startup of FF to only homepage...), i'm looking on the web, but without result.

Ok i found the problem. It's not thinapp it's not thindirect :-(, it"'s the specific package we deploy on our company . it got a specific launcher that don't understand the passing url feature...

using the right firefox.exe, it work.

As indicated, issue didn't come from VMware product. Thanks to all people that try to help me.
