ThinApp remains installed on VM after "Remove Assignment"

I have VMware View 5 and a simple ThinApp repository.

I have a thinapp assigned to a desktop.

Log in (through view client) and the application appears.
All good...

Go into View and remove the ThinApp assignment for the VM.

Log in (through view client) and the application is still there.

It should disappear after I remove the assignment.

I have other ThinApps where this is the case.

Any ideas why this one remains on the VM?

FYI
I recreated the ThinApp and had for an entry point just the main executable.

Created MSI with it.

Put JUST THE MSI it in the ThinApp repository.

In View 5, I added the MSI and assigned it to a machine.

• App was available when I logged in - Good.
  

Went into View 5 and removed the thinapp assignment

• App was no longer there when I logged in - Good.
  
  
  

So??? Not sure why that makes a difference, but having one entry point and only having the MSI in the thinapp repository seem to do it.
