RequiredAppLinks and ChildProcessEnvironment

I have a Problem with a local installed Document-managing programm called D3 and Navision 2009.

There is a button in Navision to open D3. For this i need the parameter ForcedVirtualLoadPaths works. The full command is: ForcedVirtualLoadPaths=%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\regasm.exe "C:\Program Files (x86\d.velop\d3client\D3Nav\RM.D3.Navision.dll"

This works fine with a local installed MS Office with the parameters

ChildProcessEnvironmentExceptions=DXPLORER.EXE;winword.exe;outlook.exe;excel.exe
ChildProcessEnvironmentDefault=Virtual

--> where dxplorer.exe points to the local installed D3 program.

When I link the Package with OptionalAppLinks=msoffice2003.dat  or RequiredAppLinks=msoffice2003.dat and

ChildProcessEnvironmentExceptions=DXPLORER.EXE

ChildProcessEnvironmentDefault=Virtual

the Button from the DMS-Program is grayed out in Navision. If I comment out the parameter --> ;RequiredAppLinks=msoffice2003.dat, it works also fine.

The package.ini is in the appendix notes

Has somebody a hint for me?

Holzauge,

the apps have to see each other, something like this:

OptionalAppLinks=plugins\*\*.DAT;C:\Program Files\*(VMware ThinApp)\*.DAT;C:\Program Files (x86)\*(VMware ThinApp)\*.DAT;C:\Programme\*(VMware ThinApp)\*.DAT

Or try working with plugins.

warm regards

Tim
