RelaunchUsingCreateProcess error with Thinapp

I'm trying to Thinapp IBM ImagePlus Workstation Program under Windows 7

The Thinapp build process runs fine, but when I test the Thinapp on my build machine w/ the fat client installed (dirty test), I get the following error

"RelaunchUsingCreateProcess:  CreateProcess failed"

"c:\apps\evn\bin\evn.exe"

Using Thinapp 4.7.3 on a Win7 clean machine

I've tried enabling the wow64=0 item in the package.ini with no success

I've found something online about moving the %systemroot% and %systemsystem% folders to the support folder so they won't be included in the Thinapp runtime.  No luck

The fat client app installs/functions fine on a Windows 7 machine

Any help would be appreciated

Is the ThinApp working on a clean VM (clean test)?

I just verified testing the app on a Win7 clean machine (clean test).  I get the same error.  I tested on an XP machine and did not get the error.
