Problems connecting and printing to local printers in VDI environment

Here is our enviroment:

VDI Server on 2008 standard r2

Client side are HP 6360T

VMWare 4.6 on Windows Embeded 7 standard 6.1.7601 32bit

We are using PCoiP protcol

The issue when attempting to install a local usb printer.

We can download the drivers, attempt to install, then get the error

"Printer driver was not installed. Access is Denied.

Any Ideas?
