Office 32bit on Windows 7 64bit Problem

Hello,

we have a Virtual App wich generates a JPG and open it as new Mail in my Outlook.

The Outlook is lokal installed on the PC.

This works problemless on a PC with Windows 7 32bit and Office 32 bit.

When i start the same on a PC with Windows 7 64bit and Office 32bit the opening crashes.

I see short the Windows installer an then i get an error of the Oulook that no standart Mail Client is configured.

I have test to set the WOW64 Paramater in the Pakage ini but then my Virtual App won´t start.

Any Ideas?

Have a look at http://communities.vmware.com/docs/DOC-15705

i had the same problem and had to configure the OSPP-service with specific feature flags.

Now the Outlook works in my Virtual Package when i start ist from the DosBox: outlook.exe

I have set these Paramter:

ChildProcessEnvironmentDefault=Virtual

ChildProcessEnvironmentExceptions=Outlook.exe

When my Virtual App starts the Outlook the error message:

No Standart E-MAil Client ist configured.

I am wondering why this message come from Microsoft Office Outlook.

When i install the App lokal an start the Outlook lokal it works.

So the Problem comes from a registry key ore something i think.

Is there any key wich controlls the Outlook startup?
