That is too little information to comment. Does it launch and than give you error. How does it compare on different OS. Have you tried log monitor.

Visual Studio 2010 has been thinapp on a clean windows 7 VM using thinapp 4.6, view client is 4.6 and view agent is 4.6.  the app is being push out to windows 7 VM.  the app works on the VM which is was created.  in my research I installed IIS7, gave permisson to the HKEY_Classes_Root\Licenses, added domain user with full rights and Everyone with full rights to the icons and the folder on the C drive.Remove the DDConfigCA.exe from the c:\program files\microsoft visual studio 10.0\Common7\IDE\DDConfigCA.exe.  In the package.ini I changed the MSIProduction=1.001 and added PermttedGroups=Everyone, then build the package.

Does it work if you launch it on a normal VM (not view)? IIRC there was some compatibility issue between ThinApp and View (it may be fixed; but I am not sure for now).

No it tries to launch and that is when I get the license error saying the program needs to be reinstall.

I suggest you to log a ticket with our support as well. But before that try generating/reading logs from log monitor and read the potential error section.
