I've just tried creating a portable version of LumaPix FotoFusion 4 with ThinApp 4.0.4. When the app is built to a single .exe I get a warning when I run it telling me the app has been modified. If I go to the \VMware ThinApp\Captures\FotoFusionV4\%ProgramFilesDir%\LumaPix folder, I can run the software fine. So can I assume its detecting its been re-compiled somehow as the capture folder works fine? Are there any settings to avoid this?
