I currectly have Firefox 14 thinapp when use try to open any office documents they recieve a licensing error and unable to open the document. Office 2010 is installed on my master image. We have found if the user first opens word or excel then opens the document from firefox it work just fine. We experience the same problem with Chrome thinapp.

I installed firefox on the VM and was able to download a office document and open it with no licensing errors.
Are you seeing this issue on a particular VM? Is it possible to check on another machine please.
This problem is happening on all VM's with the Firefox thinapp if I install it local we have no problems.
