Error when launching MS Word from within a Thinapp

My customer is launching a feature (MS Word 2010) within Landacorp's MaxMC tool to begin a letter generation process.  The process is to auto load a template and then import the current record's data into the template (customer name, address, case #, etc..).  The Thinapp launches the template correctly, but does not import the customer data.  The Thinapp hangs and must be ended via Task Manager.

I've already added the following entries to the General Purpose Params of the package.ini

VirtualizeExternalOutOfProcessCOM=0
ChildProcessEnvironmentDefault=Virtual
ChildProcessEnvironmentExceptions=Winword.exe

App was captured on XP Sp3, but is running on a Win 7 PC.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

Where is it importing the data from?

The data is being imported from the application.  Based upon the record that is currently open.

I believe the data is stored on an Oracle database.
