Creating ThinApp package seems ok... USB drive exec on different system fails

I created a package on a clean system (Windows XP SP2 vm) and the package was ok, but when moving to another system and executing the exe from a USB drive, it starts and an ocx registration missing error pops up. Not sure what to do about ocx registration and dll registration. Is this something that can be corrected?

what's the OS of the different system fails? sometimes when you do a thinkapp the based OS has already the prereq says .net framework. where it goes to another system when it is not there it will fail.
