We are ThinApping the application BMA Mosos (a hospital application). The application is using a HP USB 5590 scanner. When we install the application on a Windows XP workstation the application detects the scanner perfectly. When we ThinApp the application, the application works perfect, but the scanner isn’t detected. I tried also a ThinApped CMD.exe (with nothing in it, only to start de application through the bubble), the scanner isn’t also detected.
Does anybody know if ThinApp support USB scanners? Or has anyone a solution or ideas for my problem?
