Adobe Air ThinApp?

I am trying to thinapp Salesforce.com's Chatter Desktop app which relies on Adobe Air.  When I open it the application never compeletely loads and just sits at a white screen.

Anyone ever done this?

I've tried all isolation modes.

Thanks.

I don't have a Salesforce.com Chatter account, but we do have Yammer.  I captured Adobe AIR and the Yammer.air installation.

I turned off compression and used Merged isolation mode.

I did the capture on Windows XP Pro SP3 (32-bit).

I captured with ThinApp 4.7 and whatever version of AIR that was available today, 2011-12-09.  I installed the Yammer app to C:\Yammer (as opposed to the defualt C:\Program Files\ location.)

I have tested on the original C&B VM (rolling back to pre-capture snapshot) as well as on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit (UAC turned off) and it's working fine.

I have not tested on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with UAC turned on.

I have tested on the Yammer Adobe AIR application on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with UAC on the default setting and the application is working.

Please try the following and let us know the result:

1.  On the VM where you want to capture the AIR application, please try to connect to an Internet site (like http://communities.vmware.com ) and see if it connects.

2.  Next, install the Adobe AIR and Salesforce.com applications.  Make sure they work.

3.  Roll back the machine and try your ThinApp application on the VM.  Report the results here.

Thanks.
