Telco Cloud Manager Backup configuration error in lab

Hi Team, i am trying to configure the TCAM Backup on my lab . but it fails with below error .
i am using my VC as a SFTP IP and created a folder there which has root permission.
telnet from tca to VC for port 22 connects .
i did check /common/logs/admin/web.log and app.log and /common/logs/ztp?

Hi Viquar,

Can you please try with the port 21? Also, i recommend you to configure & use Linux based FTP server rather than using vCenter host as the same vCenter you are using for SSO & workload i believe. Alternatively you can use storage appliance which is exists in the LAB (192.168.30.1), it is configured as NFS storage.

Can you try creating user in VC for TCA and use it for this purpose. Also provide the full path of the folder while giving backup directory path.

i did create the user on VC and selected the same path . still didnt work.
