Hi,

There could be many reasons for this issue, can you please check the following things?

1. Check the proxy settings of the vCenter by logging into VAMI console

2. Check whether DRS is enabled on cluster

3. Sometime the OVF deployment fail if we take more time to fill inputs

Well i have seen these issue before . i would suggest you to use FQDN of VCENTER to open in browser and try to deploy the OVF . Or Try to use FIrefox instead of chrome .
