Can I fix it by requesting vmware?
if you have a TAM or a Friendly SE then you can jump the queue, but you will not be able to do it though VMTN (Here), the quickest way is to speak to your reseller and they can orchestrate the necessary.. it is not a onerous process but the necessary proof of purchase are required. also whilst you are merging your licenses I would recommend that you mover your superuser account email to a generic group email, that will make things much simpler in the long run, as any mails from VMware will go to the Group mail and therefore not get lost in the email hole created by an individual leaving the company
