macos highSirrera could not be installed on your computer

So i was installing macos highsirrera on my virtual machine but then it says that it cannot be installed i dont know why. Here is the photo:

You cannot discuss running MacOS on a Windows PC here, since doing so is a violation of the Apple EULA, MacOS can only legally be installed on Apple hardware, whether in a VM or not.
