can't open support case on my.vmware.com

Please help me how to request. I have try all browser , got same error. 

I want to open support case because i can't delete flat.vmdk from Datastore

Yes, I still have problem i try to open case about 2 weeks it have same error.

In addition to the "technical" problem, I would indicate to the support the problem you encountered on the portal.
If you have a VMware partner who follows you commercially you can hear from them if I can contact VMware

I would say that I do not see other possibilities.
