VMotion Failed - VMware.log - FILE: FileRotateByRenumber: failed to remove

Hi,

We had a power outage 3 months ago and since,  We sometimes encounter problems with VMOTION launched automatically by the vcenter.

They end up in error with messages :

- Operation timed out.

- The operation is not allowed in the current state.

Looking in the vmware-xxxx.log of the machine, I realized that the VM could not delete a log file. The message is :

2018-07-11T07:37:08.681Z| vmx| I125: FILE: FileRotateByRenumber: failed to remove /vmfs/volumes/xyxyxyxy-xyxyxyxy-xyxy-xyxyxyxyxyxy/MyVM/vmware-26.log : Input/output error

I searched a lock with the script VMWare "vmfsfilelockinfo" or the lsof command but they don't find a lock

vmfsfilelockinfo Version 1.0

Looking for lock owners on "vmware-26.log"

"vmware-26.log" is not locked by any ESX host and is Free

Total time taken : 0.02 seconds.

But if I manually delete the file (wmvare-xxx.log) the VMOTION works well.

Do you have any idea what can cause this problem?
