VMWARE Account Deactivated and Cannot Re-activate

My supervisor invited me to join VMWare. I registered my account and then got a notification that it was deactivated. I tried to re-activate and the system will not let me under my corporate email address. Tried to contact support and of course the only way to put in a ticket is to register or login to my account which I can no longer do! Tried to call and left a message for the receptionist. 

The support function for VMWare is not very user friendly. Please advise how to get my account back!
