Unable to register new license - Customer Connect

I am trying to register a new product but I am getting an website error message.  I am going to "VMWare Customer Connect" and log in -> "Products and Accounts" -> Product Registration.  However, when I go here I get a HTTP Status 400 Bad Request Error.  I have tried from several different PCs on different networks and browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) with no luck.  Is VMWare having an issue?
