Unable to login to customerconnect.vmware.com

Dear VMWare Communities,

 

One of our Customers is not able to login into customerconnect.vmware.com as the super user has left the organization.

Please help us to provide the path to change the Super User & after that, they will able to raise a support case to VMWare.
