I am new to VMware. I have 8 ESX 4.1 servers in 4 VM clusters in 4 Datacenters. My vCenter server is on a vm on cluster VKS and I am trying to deploy a vm from a template that is also on cluster VKS to a datastore on cluster HAN. During the deploy process I get the following warning.
10.201.50.2 (This is on the target cluster)
The virtual machine uses network 'RV_Servers' Since the operation is being conducted across datacenters, this network may not be the same network on the source and destination. This is because network names are only unique within a datacenter.

When I complete the deployment wizard completes, I get a message "Cannot connect to host".
I am able to browse the target datastore from the vCenter server. In fact I can browse all the datastores from the vCenter server.
Can anyone help?
