Trying to download VMware Tools but the customer portal says I need to update my profile. I fill out all the requested profile info, then press "register" but nothing happens. The process goes no further. Been trying for two days. something is wrong with the hyperlink on the register button. Any ideas on how to contact someone about it? I'm unable to do anything because i cannot update my profile.
Not sure about the portal issue, but did you try another browser, or deleting the browser cache yet?
Regarding VMware tools, you can download them from https://packages.vmware.com/tools/index.html
