Skyline Health Diagnostics Scheduler cant do a full scan

I'm only getting the SHDA scheduler to do a scan of VC_HEALTH, for it to provide any value that should be a full scan such as when doing it manually i.e. DIAGNOSTICS,VMSA_SCAN,VSAN_SCAN,VCG_CHECK,VC_HEALTH.

What am I missing?
