Share CPU across ESXi hosts in a cluster?

Is it possible to setup a cluster with a CPU resources pool such that all the CPU from all the ESXi hosts in the cluster are in the pool and if a VM starts using more CPU than it's current host has it can draw CPU from another ESXi host to process with?

A VM can use CPU only from the host where the virtual machine is running... there is no way to allocate CPU from multiple hosts to a single virtual machine.
