PCI modem

Hi,

I have an IBM x3200 server with ESXi 4.1 free version installed.

I'm trying to configure the PCI modem as a passthrough device but it seems that my server doesn't support this option.

Could anyone confirm it?

Hello.

It's more likely that the card isn't supported.  Check this VMDirectPath Tech Note for more information on supported devices.
