MyVmWare registration failed - wrong password

Hello. I signed up for the VMware website with my primary work email..

I signed up and had to activate my account via a message received from vmware. When I tried to activate the account  and get a message that I the password I type is wrong.

Not able to reset password, or re-registrate.  How do I solve this ?

I had an inactive account. I want to reactivate this account. If I click on the link in the mail to activate it, I get the message:

Unable to Complete Your Request
