I need to add another user to raise tickets of one of my VMware products - AVI Advanced Load Balance

Hello.

 

My client have the entitlement of 10 service units of AVI Advanced Load Balancer. I need to raise tickets of this product but i don't own the entitlement. How can I do in order to raise support tickets from my own without getting another entitlment?
