Guest Win7 machine keeps going into "Pause"

I have a guest machine configured for Win7 and attached to our domain as a workstation. If I leave the machine running for around 2-4 hours, it goes into the "Pause" mode and I have to right-click it and click on Power | Power On to get it running again.

Anyone know why this is happening?

OK, looks like someone here was playing with Group Policy and configured the VM Win7 workstations with a sleep time of 30 minutes. G!
