I'm looking for something like this can you guys help me what's the best solution for this

OS with custom applications on the cloud
and hardware like ram and GPU from physical pc

or

OS with custom applications on VMware
and hardware like ram and GPU from physical pc

Is your question specific to VMware Workstation? (based you on setting that as a tag on your post)
