Multiple website support issues

I discovered some issues with VMware and attempting to make a support request I encountered the following issues with the website. They are all included in one post as they may be related to the new community site, attachments are combined as a workaround due to the single attachment restriction.

- The "VMware Technology Network" link is broken here:

- Googling for "report bug vmware" leads to a 404 without a redirect:

- A customer feedback link leads to an empty page:

- The top part of the attached image shows layout issues with overlapping content and an SVG element that is not properly parsed in Safari 14.0.1.

- The bottom part of the attached image shows a "Can't open a Technical Support Request?" option but it is for "Non-Technical" requests.

As much as I love VMware (the product), they're making it really hard for me to sell to my customers. "How is the support?" and "Why is it so much more expensive than HyperV?" are the two biggest questions I get and I honestly don't have good answers to give.
