Folks needs some assistance

I am getting error on the edge when logged into orchestrator

Connectivity through the Edge Service Gateway is down.
The Internet connection on this edge is still functional.

Was it moved? Because I can't find it and I'm having the very same issue with my Velo Edge LTE (Version 4.5.1)
