Storage vMotion

Good day all,

I have two different SAN storage (i.e., Dell & HPE) to the cluster managed by single vCenter. I have a query regarding vMotion traffic path. If I do storage vMotion from Dell Datastore to HPE Datastore, will the data path would be via SAN network as both Storages are on same SAN switch and access to the same hosts or the data traffic will be via vMotion network. Please assist me with your thoughts and comments. Thanks!

Yes the data will be transferred through the SAN network since your host is connected to both of them (Dell and HPE)
