Hi all,
we are getting this error message on vmkernel log on all nodes of our ESX 3.0.2 clusters.
I had a big issue on a MSCS cluster W2k3, where the VM that is a active node go down and disapper from esx server.
For to have again the VM displayed on it, we need to reboot the esx server and rescan its hba.
I looking on this communitie for a solution, and i found a similar case where the issue is caused form bad settings on hba ( es: queue deth ).
Could you help me to fix this issue, and do you know if exist a best practies for qlogic QLA2422 settings .
