Performance Storage

Hi, I'm with a problem and would like your help. I have the following scenario, an IBM Blade Center E with two HS22 Blade Servers and a Storage DS5020 with 11 450GB 15k FC drives in Raid 5 with 10 disks. to 8 virtual machines.

but the virtual machine's ERP system, the slower now when I was on another server.

OImeter presented 15MBps and 5200 IOPS.

What sort of IOmeter profile did you use? I would suggest the one from this thread and then posting the results from that - http://communities.vmware.com/thread/73745.

What guest OS are you using and is there any other software running in the VM (antivirus perhaps)?
