Is it possible to easily extract performance data from SQL or VC so that it can be graphed externally?

Hi,

I am looking for the easiest way to pull performance data either via VC or direct from SQL that I can then graph and present externally. I am okay with the graphing side of things, but would like to understand how I go about pulling the raw data?

The SDK is the way to do this. Probably the Perl SDK is the easiest, but YMMV:
