  • 1.  How do you keep a VM instance above a certain performance level.

    Problem:

If a vm is not used for a certain period of time, VMWare throttles is down ....

When re-accessing it, it takes a while when it's back up to speed.

is there a way to up the minimal throttle ?

    Thank you.

Welcome to the forums - It really will depend on how your ESX host is to how quickly the VM will respond - if it is fairly oversubsribed that it will take time. One option you might have is set a reservation for the VM -
