How do I get better performance on my network ?

Hi

I have a virtual Windows server with slow network.

With “iperf” I get:

[ ID]        Interval          Transfer       Bandwidth
[304]  0.0-10.0 sec   108 MBytes  91.1 Mbits/sec
[264]  0.0-10.1 sec  5.38 MBytes  4.46 Mbits/sec

The “5/5” Mbits/sec makes the server access SO slow.

I’m running :

Virtual Machine Version: 8
Network Adapter E1000

Windows Server 2003 Standard (32 bit)
Network adapter in Windows :  Intel(R) PRO/1000 MT Network Connection

Anyone who has an idea ?
