We currently use SRM for our Exchange environment which runs two-node MSCS clusters (windows 2003). Each cluster is its own protection group and recovery plan. We also have a single Recovery plan which encompasses all protection groups, i.e. all MSCS clusters. We have placed one node into the high priority VM startup group and one in the normal startup group so we have one VM start before the other to avoid any type of contention for bringing the cluster\disks online. This all works fine.
