Problema con el update manager

Hola,

Estoy intentando utilizar update manager para actualizar un ESX 3.5 a 4.1 cuando intento aplicar la actualización después de hacer e Baseline, el atach e intentar aplicar el remediate, me da el siguiente error:

VMware vcenter Update Manager had an unknown error. Check the task and events tab an log files for details

He mirado el firewall de Vcenter que está instalado en Windows 2008 R2 y esta deshabilitado.

Sabéis que puede estar pasando?

Qué dice el task and events tab?

Lo que he vis to es que en el  Update Manager - configuration - Network Connectivity, me sale este texto en rojo:

For Client communications, The vSphere Clinet must be able to acces the specifie  ports on the update Managerserver. For patch transfers, ESX host must be able to acces the specified ports on the Update Manager server. VMware vcenter Update Manager restart is required for these changes take effect.

If there are any firewalls, they must be configured to allow trafic through these ports.

He reiniciado el ESX y el Vcenter y he comprobado que el firewall de vcenter esta desactivado.
